Format the Form Controls

Look again at the new Movies Form. The Form Controls are formatted with a large Font Size, which makes it difficult to get all of information, say the Movie Title, on one line.

Microsoft Access has a Format Ribbon that looks very similar to the one in Microsoft Word.

2. Try it: Format the Form Controls

Select the Movie Field.

Go to Form Layout Tools ->Format->Font.

Select a Font: Arial.
Select a Font Size: 10

Do It Again: Format All of the Form Controls
Select each Form Field.
Go to Form Layout Tools ->Format->Font.

Select a Font: Arial.
Select a Font Size: 10
