Use the Report: Sort 4. Try it: Sort the Records in a Report Let's begin with Sort.   The Report is still opened in Layout View. Select a Column: Years. Go to Home->Sort & Filter. Click on Descending.   What Do You See? The records should be sorted descending by Year, from newest to oldest. The movie titles are not sorted alphabetically within each group.   Keep going...
