Find the Navigation Options As you work with your database, you may accumulate many copies of the Tables. Which one is the current data and not the backup? It can become very confusing.   Save As What? When you create a copy of an Access Object you will be prompted to enter a name for the copy. If you include the date as part of the name, it makes it easy to identify when the copy was created. For example: tblCustomers 022814.   Use the Navigation Pane By default, the Navigation Pane displays All Access Objects. The Objects are Grouped and Sorted.
