Use Conditional Formatting

Conditional Formatting formats the color depending on the Rules that you set up. This example will format the Rating data.

 

Before You Begin: Select the Rating Column in the Datasheet Form. Selecting the Column is important in this example. 

 

1. Try it: Use Conditional Formatting

Go to Form Tools ->Datasheet.

Go to Formatting.

Click on Conditional Formatting.

 

The Conditional Formatting Rule Manager should open. The Rating Column was selected so this formatting will be applied to the Rating data.

 

Do This, Now: Create a New Rule

Click on New Rule.
