Movie Form Design:

Edit the Combo Box

The Rating  Combo Box Control has two columns. The first Column is the RatingID, which the User does not need to see. You can edit the Column Width to be zero so that it is hidden.

 

9. Try it: Edit the Combo Box Property

The Form is still open in Design View.
The Property Sheet is open.

Go to Property Sheet->All.

Edit the following:

Name: RatingCombo

Column Widths: 0";1"

List Width: 1"

 

Do This, Now; Save the Form

Go to File->Save.

Enter the Form Name: MovieSearch
