Exam 77-424: Microsoft Access 2013
4.0 Create Forms
4.3 Format a Form : Modify Existing Forms (Form View)

Test the New Subform

There's only one way to find out if a Form works: go to Form View and act like a User.

2. Try it: Test the New Subform

Go to Form Design Tools->Design->Views.

Select a View: Form View.

What Do You See? The Rating Combo has PG. The Subform shows 71 movies in this database that match the PG Rating.

What Else Do You See? The values in the Rating Column have Conditional Formatting. The PG Rating is formatted orange.

Keep going...

What If It Doesn't Work? Sometimes the MovieSearch Form doesn't show anything when you go to Form View.

Please try this: Refresh the Records

Go to Home->Records->Refresh.

Did that work?

We'll address this issue on the next page.
