5.3 Format a Report: Add Calculated Fields (Totals)

Edit the Report Footer

Each Group has a separate Footer. We added a Calculated Control to the Group Footer to Count the Records in that Group. The Report Totals are added to the Report Footer. Here are the steps.

 

Before You Begin: Change the View

Close the Print Preview, please. The Report should be open in Design View.

 

1. Try it: Edit the Report Footer

Select the Report Footer.

Edit the Following Property:

Height: 0.5"

 

What Do You See? There should be a Report Footer at the bottom.
