Change the Shape of the Button

A Command Button is a Shape. The default Shape for a Command Button is a rectangle with rounded corners. The Shape can also be a circle or a rectangle with one corner snipped.

 

Look at the Label in the Report Header: It is a rectangle that is red with an outline. Let's format the Command to match it.

 

5. Try it: Change the Shape of the Button

The Command Button is selected.

Go to Report Design Tools ->Format.

Go to Control Formatting->Change Shape.

Choose a Shape: Rectangle.
