PivotTable: Column Header

We began this PivotTable to answer the question: What did you sell? The next question would be: Who bought what?

 

In this spreadsheet, the clients are tagged as Corporate, Education, Government and Private in the Category field. So, how many Breakfast Buffets were served to our corporate clients? Who bought what?

 

The Category field will be added to the Column Header. Here are the steps.

Before You Begin: Select the PivotTable. The PivotTable Tools should be available.


1. Try it: Add Another Field

Go to the PivotTable Field List.

Drag and Drop the Category Field to the Columns.
