Exam 77-420 Microsoft Excel 2013
3. Create Tables
3.2 Modify a Table: Apply Styles to Tables

Format the Spreadsheet

4. Try it: Format as Table

Select Cells A1:G12.

Go to Home->Styles->Format as Table.

Click on Table Style Light 16.

You will be prompted to confirm:

The Range is =$A$1:$G$12.
The Table has headers.
Click OK.

And Try This: Format the Rows

Select Cells A1:G12.

Go to Home->Cells->Format.

Click on Row Height.

When you are prompted type: 20.
Click OK.

Now What Do You See? The Cell formatting makes it easy to pick the right Row. The Row Height was increased to make the Rows big enough to write in by hand if someone uses this form as a print out.
