Mark As Final: Edit Anyway 3. What Do You See? If you return to the Home Ribbon, you will see a yellow security banner at the top of the spreadsheet indicating that the file has been marked as final.   What Else Do You See? There is an option to override the author and edit the file anyway. When you click Edit Anyway, the file will no longer be Read Only and you can change the data.   So, this is not secure.   Do This, Too: Edit Anyway Click on Edit Anyway. Keep going...
