Review: Spelling Most people see Numbers when they think of spreadsheets. However, our products and customers names are Text. So, you need to proof and spell check your spreadsheets.   Try it: Check the Spelling Go to Review ->Proofing. Click on Spelling.       Excel will review the Spelling in your data and alert you when there is something that does not match a word in the dictionary.   You can choose Suggestions from the list. You can also Ignore or Add to Dictionary. Review ->Proofing-> Spelling
