Open the Product Form
Databases use Forms instead of typing directly in the Datasheet View. Forms can be programmed to enable accurate data entry (and maybe make the Users' job easier.)
Many Forms use Combo Boxes to look up information in one Table and save it in another. In this database, the Product Form has two Combo Boxes: Type and Specialty.

Try it: Open the Product Form
Go to the Switchboard.
Click on Products.
What Do You See? The Products Form will open in a new Tab. The Title at the top of the Form says Our Products, so it looks like we are in the right place. There is a Home button that will close this Form and return to the Switchboard. At the bottom of this Form are the Record selectors. There are 60 Records.
