Review: Insert Function

Microsoft Excel has an extensive library of functions. The little books on the Formulas Ribbon are just subsets of the vast collection. Let's review the Functions.  

 

5. Try This: Review the Functions

Select Cell D11.

Go to Formulas->Function Library.
Click on
Insert Function.

 

What Do You See? Microsoft Excel will display a brief list of the most frequently used functions.

 

Change the Category to All.

 

It's a long list, isn't it? The Computer Mama finds this impressive...

Click CANCEL and return to the spreadsheet.

And Do This: Save the Spreadsheet

Go to File->Save.
Browse to your Documents folder.
Enter the Name: Excel Functions EAN, where EAN are your initials.
Click on Save.

Formulas->Function Library->Insert Function
