Crop to Shape Many of the buttons have additional options when you click on the bottom half of the icon. The Crop button has a very playful option called Crop to Shape.   1. Try This: Crop to Shape Please select the picture, first. Go to Picture Tools->Format->Size. Go to Crop->Crop to Shape Select a Block Arrow.   2. What Do You See? In the example on this page, the picture has been cropped into the shape of an "Up" arrow.   What Else Did You Notice? When you cropped the picture, Microsoft Excel reformatted the Picture Border and Picture Effects automatically. Picture Tools->Format->Size->Crop->Crop to Shape
