Artistic Effects Artistic Effects are filters you can apply to your picture. Some of the Effects include pencil, pastel, charcoal, paint brush and various textures such as glass and even plastic wrap.     1. Try it: Use the Artistic Effects The picture is still selected. Go to Picture Tools->Format. Go to Adjust->Artistic Effects. 2. What Do You See?
