The Page Break Preview

Microsoft Excel has a Page Break Preview that lets you see how your spreadsheet will print, based on your Page Layout.

 

3. Try This, Too: View the Page Layout

A sample Excel spreadsheet is open.

Go to View->Workbook Views.
Click on Page Break Preview.

What Do You See? The Page Break Preview outlines the Print Area with a thick blue border. You can drag that blue border to resize the Print Area.
