Select a Named Range

You can use a Named Range to find and select the data. This is also a good way to proof your Ranges.

 

Before You Begin: Go to a blank sheet.

Select Cell A1.

 

1. Try This: Select a Named Range

Go to the down arrow on the Name Box.

Select: Revenue.

 

2. What Do You See? You will be taken to the Original Data spreadsheet. The Revenue Range, Cells E1:E70, should be selected and highlighted.
