One More Useful Hyperlink

One of the best hyperlinks automatically opens an E-mail message, adds your E-mail address and even fills in the subject line.

9. Try This: Create an E-mail Link

Select Cell A14:B14

Go to Home->Alignment-> Merge & Center.

You should see a merged Cell in Row 14.

Type: Questions? Send me an E-mail.
Press ENTER.

Click on Cell A14 again.

Go to Insert-> Links-> Hyperlink.

Click on E-mail Address.

Enter your E-mail address.

Type your E-mail address. Excel will add "mailto:"

Enter the Subject:

Charlotte's Website Monthly Sales

Click OK to finish the link.

What Do You See? If you have Microsoft Outlook, clicking the hyperlink should open an E-mail that has an E-mail address and subject. Very good....
