Use Your Own Template

So, how do you use your own template?
Here are the steps.

 

Before You Begin: Close all workbooks in Excel. There should be nothing open.

1. Try it: Find the Templates

Go to File->New.

The Backstage window will open.

 

2. What Are Your Choices?

When you start a new spreadsheet you can begin with a Blank workbook. You can also choose one of the templates in the Suggested searches.

 

What Else Do You See? In addition to the Featured list, there is a place for Personal files. Click on Personal.
