Options: Save 2. Try it: Review the Save Options The Outlook Options are still open and the Mail Category is selected. Go to Save Messages.   What Do You See? Microsoft Outlook automatically saves items that have not been sent in 3 minutes in the Drafts folder. You can edit the time or select another folder with the controls.   What Else? The messages that you send, including ones you forwarded, are saved in the Sent Items folder.   Keep going... File ->Options ->Mail-> Save Messages
