Print Calendars A Calendar can be simple or decorated with details. When you look at a Calendar on screen you can choose to show or hide the details, such as the Daily Task List. You can customize the print out the same way.   1. Try it: Change the Calendar View Go to the Calendar fodler. Select the Calendar. The Calendar Tools should be available.   Go to Calendar Tools ->View-> Layout. To-Do Bar: Normal Include the Calendar and Tasks..   OK.
