Export Outlook Information

Microsoft Excel and Access both have good tools to query and organize data into reports. How do you get the information out of Outlook and into Excel?

 

3. Try it: Find the Export Options

Go to File ->Options-> Advanced.

Go to the Export category.

Click on Export.
