Map Custom Fields

Microsoft Outlook assigns names to the data fields: Last Name, First Name, Business, City, State, Postal Code, etc. These field names may not be identical to the ones in your spreadsheets.

 

Say your data uses the name Zip Code instead of Postal Code. You can use this step to Map Custom Field... and match the different names.

 

8. Try it: Review the Custom Mapping

Click on Map Custom Fields
Review the field names in the list.

Click OK to return to the Export Wizard.

 

Click Finish. If this a calendar, you will be prompted to enter the start and end dates.

 

What Happens Next? A new spreadsheet will be saved to the Documents folder.

File ->Options-> Advanced->Export
