Exam 77-423: Microsoft Outlook 2013
2.0 Manage Messages
2.1 Create a Message: Delegate Access

Accounts: Delegate Access

Many administrative assistants use Outlook on behalf of someone else. You can use the Account Settings to Delegate Access to someone else. Here are the steps.

3. Try it: Delegate Access to Outlook
Go to File->Account Settings.
Click on Delegate Access.

You will be prompted to select someone from your Contacts. The Delegate can be assigned different levels of Permissions:
Reviewer (read items)
Author (read and create items)
Editor (read, create and modify items)

That will do. You can close the Outlook Options and call it a day.

Allez. Allez in free!
