Accounts: Delegate Access
Many administrative assistants use Outlook on behalf of someone else. You can use the Account Settings to Delegate Access to someone else. Here are the steps.

Try it: Delegate Access to Outlook
Go to File->Account Settings.
Click on Delegate Access.
You will be prompted to select someone from your Contacts.
The Delegate can be assigned different levels of Permissions:
Reviewer (read items)
Author (read and create items)
Editor (read, create and modify items)
That will
do. You can close the Outlook Options and call it a day.
