Exam 77-422: Microsoft PowerPoint 2013
3.0 Create Slide Content
3.1 Insert and Format Text: Copy and Paste

More Paste Options

The Paste option on the Home Ribbon is a good example of the new way that Microsoft Office uses buttons. The buttons now have two places to click: Top and Bottom.

The Top click is a simple, one step action that does the default command. The Bottom click gives you more options.

3. Try it: Review the Paste Options

Go to the Title Box.

Select: FLOWERS

Go to Home ->Clipboard-> Copy.

Click in the Text Box on the bottom.

Go to Home ->Clipboard-> Paste.

What Do You See? If you click on the bottom part of the Paste button, you will see the same Paste Options that you saw earlier.

OK, you can click off. Just a little more discussion on Paste...

Home ->Clipboard-> Paste
