View the Outline With PowerPoint, you can click in the Text Box and add text directly to the slides, or you can use the Outline to get your thoughts together. 1. Try it: View the Outline Go to View->Presentation VIews. Click on Outline View. What Do You See? You should see the Outline on the left side of PowerPoint.
