Try This, Too: Choose a Variant

Go to Design ->Variants.

Select a Variant: Deep purple.

And Try This: Add a Picture

Select Slide 1: Photo Album
Go to Insert ->Illustrations->Picture.

Browse to your Documents folder.
Select a picture: Hat-and-Hatbox.gif.
Click Insert.

Save, Save, Save!
