Exam 77-422: Microsoft PowerPoint 2013
5.0 Manage Multiple Presentations
5.3 Protect and Share Presentations: Publish Slides

Creating a Slide Library

In the previous example new slides were added from a file that was saved to your Documents folder. You can also Reuse slides from a Shared Slide Library.

Many presentations might Reuse the same slides. One example would be the Company Name slide that lists everyone in the firm or working on this project.

The Slide Library keeps the latest versions of these slides. It is updated automatically and keeps a record of changes made to the slide.

A Slide Library is saved to a shared folder. This shared folder can be online in a SkyDrive or a secure folder on a corporate server.
