Text Box: Set as Default Say you wanted all of the new Text Boxes in this presentation to be formatted the same. This is really easy.   3. Try it: Set Current Text Box as Default Right-click the red Text Box. Select Set as Default.   Now, whenever you create a new Text Box, it will be formatted red with a bevel and a drop shadow.
