The Tab Stops are on the Ruler in the upper-left corner. Click on the "L" and review the options, please.
This Tab aligns the text Left.
This Tab aligns the text Center.
This Tab aligns to the decimal.
The Bar Tab creates a line.
This Tab aligns the indent on the first line of type in a paragraph. This Tab creates a hanging indent.
Memo to Self: If you do not see the Tabs, please turn on the Rulers.
Go to View->Show.
Select: Ruler.
Home -> Paragraph ->Show/Hide
