Modify the Chart Design

The screenshot on this page shows the spreadsheet has been made big enough to see the data as well as the chart. The next pages will look at some Chart Tools.

7. Try This: Modify the Chart Design

Click once on the chart to select it.

Go to Chart Tools->Design.

Select a Chart Style from the Chart Quick Styles gallery.

And Try This: Change the Chart Colors
Go to Chart Tools->Design->Chart Styles.

Select Change Colors.
Please select a Monochromatic color.

Where Have You Seen This Before? When you add a spreadsheet in Word you can edit the Charts with the same Chart Tools that are in Excel. Almost all of the Chart Tools are available, even though you are still working in Word.
