Before You Begin: Click
once on the Chart and Chart Tools will be available. All of the pie shapes should be selected as well. Click on the slice for Bow 29%, and just that one slice should have little dot handles. Go to
Chart Tools->Format->Shape Styles. Click on
Shape Fill and select a color.
That works.
