Consistent headlines are one benefit of using Styles.
Another hidden treasure in Microsoft Word is the Navigation pane.
3. Try it: View the Navigation Pane
Go to View->Show->Navigation->Headings.
What Do You See? You should see an outline along the left side of the
document. This outline includes each of the headlines you formatted
with a Style. When you click on a headline in the Navigation pane, you
are instantly taken to that place. This can be a useful way to
review a long proposal!
