Find Special Characters
Find can also locate specific formatting and special characters. When you click on Format, you can
search by font, paragraph, tabs and more. When you click on Special, you can search for
paragraph or tab marks, commas, em-dashes and fields.
5. Try This: Find Special Characters
Go to Home ->Editing ->Find.
Click on Advanced Find-> More.
Click on Special.
What Do You See? The Special Options include the non-printing characters: Paragraphs, Tabs and Breaks.
What Else Do You See? You can also search for Fields, Graphics and Hyphens.
OK, if it was lost it can be found. Close the Find and Replace window, please.
