There are three options for Translating Text:
Translate Document.
Translate Selected Text.
Mini Translation.
Before You Begin: Select Some Text
Select the phrase: From the farm to your table: That's fresh!
1. Try This: Translate Selected Text
Go to Review->
Language->Translate.
Click on Translate Selected Text.

Memo to Self: The machine translation is a good
start, however it probably pays to have a professional review your
translation if you are not fluent in another language.
