Restrict Editing

Earlier, in the lesson on creating Forms, we used Restict Editing to limit Users to only Filling in Forms. You can also Restrict Editing to Tracked Changes or Comments.

 

Try it: Restrict the Editing

Go to File ->Info ->Protect.

Select Restrict Editing.

 

What Do You See? The options include:
Tracked Changes
Comments
Filling in Forms
No Changes (Read only)

Select: Allow only this type of editing.
Choose: Tracked Changes.
Click on : Yes, Start Enforcing Protection.
