Paste One, Paste All The Clipboard is one of the oldest helper applications in the computer. You can use the Clipboard to copy and paste a paragraph or a picture from one program to another.  1 Try it: Use the Clipboard Double click the word: Charlotte's. Go to Home -> Clipboard->Copy. 2. Try This, Now: Find the Clipboard. Click on the small option arrow in the bottom right corner of the Clipboard Group.   What Do You See? A new pane will open on the left side of Microsoft Word. Each item that you copied will be listed here. Click on any item to paste it. You can also Paste All, if you wish.
