Where's the Picture?
Change
Picture lets you switch a picture but keep the Styles,
Borders and Effects.
Before You Begin: Download a Picture
Go to the Downloads.
Select: Michigan-Balloonfest-26.gif
The picture should open in a new Window.
Save the Picture to the Documents Folder
Right-click the balloon picture to see the Options.
Left-click Save picture as...
Browse to the Documents folder.
Click on Save. Done and Done.
1. Try it: Change the Picture
The picture is selected.
Go to Picture Tools -> Format.
Go to Adjust -> Change Picture.

Word prompts you to browse for a picture:
