Create Your Own Quick Parts
Each
company or department builds a collection of documents that
identifies who they are when they communicate with their clients.
These documents can include letterhead, envelopes, fax cover pages,
memos, blogs
and newsletters.
Many of
documents use the same elements that we added to this letterhead: company name, address, and
a picture or graphic for the logo.
Before You Begin: Please open the sample letterhead you created
for Charlotte's Website.
1. Try This:
Create
a Quick Part
Select the
text:
From the Farm to Your Table-That's Fresh!
.2. Do This, Too: Save
Selection to Quick Part Gallery
Go to
Insert ->Text-> Quick Parts.
Choose
Save Selection to Quick Part Gallery.
