Use Quick Parts in the Footer
What Do You See? Look at the top of Word for the Header & Footer Tools. The groups include:
Header & Footer
Insert
Navigation
Options
Position
Close
Before You Begin: Edit the Footer
Go to the Footer.
Please Delete the two Placeholders.
3. Try This: Insert Your Quick Part
Your cursor is in the empty Footer.
Go to Header and Footer Tools ->Insert.
Click on
Quick Parts.
Select a Quick Part: From the Farm
Not bad! This is a good introduction to Quick Parts. We will look at Headers and Footers in depth in the Advanced Guide to Microsoft Word 2013.
Go to Header and Footer Tools->Design->Close.
Click on Close Header and Footer.
