Find the Recipients
Where are the Recipients? The browser may take you to a folder called My Data Sources in the Documents folder.
By default Microsoft Word is looking for a database. This is useful to know, but it is not where we are headed right now. You can also use an Excel spreadsheet for the recipients list in a Mail Merge.
We already have a list of recipients: the Friends and Family spreadsheet. It was saved in the Documents folder.
4. Try This: Click on All Data Sources
Go to All Data Sources.
Select: Excel Files.
You should be able to see the Excel files, now.
Double
click the Friends and Family spreadsheet to select it.
