Creating A Mail Merge
We are open for business! It’s time to send an
announcement. Today we’re going to create an Open
House flyer and automatically customize this flyer for each of our clients. This is
called a Mail Merge. It is an effective way of advertising and it’s
simple to do.
Start Microsoft Word. When the Welcome page appears, open a new, Blank Document. What do you see at the top of the
screen? Is there a Home Ribbon? And the Insert, Design, Page Layout, References, Mailings, Review and View Ribbons? Yes.
