Browse to the Documents folder. Select a picture: FarmersMarket23.jpg   7: Try it: Create a Washout Select the new picture. Go to Picture Tools->Format->Adjust. Click on Color->Recolor. Choose WASHOUT.   What Do You see? The washout effect is created by adjusting the Brightness and Contrast. Brightness changes how much light is shining on the picture.
