Earlier, we created a Mail Merge for our Open House. In
this lesson we used the Mailings Ribbon and created a new list. The
recipients' name and addresses were saved in an Office Address List,
which is a database.
1. Try This: Open a Mail Merge
Go to the Documents folder and open a Mail
Merge: Charlottes Invitation.
What Do You See? A Mail Merge document is linked
to the record source. When you open this Mail Merge, Microsoft Word will
ask whether you wish to use the Office Address List.
