Share: Send a Link

The option to Send a Link is similar to Sharing Links. Instead of sending everyone a separate copy of the document as an E-mail attachment, the document will be available online in OneDrive or SharePoint. Send a Link is a way to E-mail a Hyperlink to that document online.

3. Try This: Send as Link
The Circus document is still open.
Go to File->Share->Email.
Click on Send a Link.

What Do You See? A new message will open with the link included.

Complete the task: Please address this E-mail to yourself and click Send.

In a few minutes a new E-mail should arrive in your Inbox. There should be a Link in the message.
