Exam 77-428 Microsoft Excel 2013 EXPERT
1. Manage and Share Workbooks
1.2 Prepare a Workbook for Review: Check for Issues (Accessibility Checker)

Info: The Accessibility Checker

Computers have always helped people with disabilities access information. Since the early days of Windows 95, computers could read text out loud as well as type what was said. The assistive technology needs your input, though. For example, pictures and charts should have Alternative Text (Alt Text)  that describes the graphic.

6. Try it: Run the Accessibility Checker

Go to File ->Info->Check for Issues.

Click on Check Accessibility.

What Do You See? The Accessibility Checker should be available on the right side of your screen. The Inspection Results will list Errors and Warnings.

What Else Do You See? Select an Error or Warning and look at the bottom of the Accessibility Checker for Additional Information. There should be a summary of the problem and how to fix it.

OK, SAVE and CLOSE this workbook.
