Change Tracking Options

You can customize how you would like to track and display the changes.

 

7. Try it: Change the Tracking Options

Go to Review -> Tracking.

Click on Change Tracking Options.
(The option arrow in the lower right corner.)

 

Show and Tell: You can select which changes you want to show in the Markup:
Comments.
Ink.
Insertions and Deletions.
Formatting.

By default, Highlight Updates and Other Authors are selected.

Pictures by Comments lets you see the Contact pictures.

 

The Markup Balloons show Revisions.
The other options are Nothing or Comments and formatting.
