Resize the Picture

Click once on the picture to select it. See the little circles around the horse picture? Those are the handles. If you move your cursor to one of the handles, it will become a double-headed arrow.

 

Watch Your Mouse:

A two-headed arrow means Resize.

A four-headed arrow means Move.

 

Try it: Resize the Picture

Select the picture.

Run your cursor over any handle.

Watch for a two-headed arrow.

Click and Hold your left mouse button to Resize the picture.

 

 

Memo To Self:  Pictures, photographs and even graphs are frame-based. The little handles that surround an object when you select it are the edges of the frame. Frames “float,” they can be placed anywhere on the document.
