Before You Begin: Open a new, Blank document in Microsoft Word.

 

Also Before You Begin: There is a sample spreadsheet, Friends and Family.xlsx, available online for this lesson. You can use the sample file or create your own spreadsheet similar to the ones pictured on these pages.

 

Please note: It is important that the first row of labels in your spreadsheet MATCH the labels in this lesson. Spelling counts!
